From your Dashboard, tap Add Training Session or the + button, then select Training.
Enter your training notes. Add as much or as little detail as you like.
Select a Session Type. Session modifiers are applied in the background to accurately calculate training load and help reduce injury risk over time.
Enter your training time (in minutes).
Rate how hard the session felt from both a respiratory and muscular perspective using the RPE scale (Rate of Perceived Exertion, 1–10), where 1 is slightly harder than doing nothing and 10 is the hardest effort you've ever performed.
Using both RPE measures ensures strength-based training isn’t undervalued compared to endurance work.
Once entered, the app automatically calculates your Training Load using: Duration × RPE (effort).
Optional:
Add any niggles or injuries related to the session.
If you want to delete the entry at any stage, simply tap Cancel.
