How do I log a training session in PEAK^?

  1. On your Dashboard press "Add Training Session" or the "+" button and select Training.

  2. Enter your training notes. Enter in as much or little information as you want.

  3. Select Session Type. From this Session modifiers are calculated at the back end to accurately calculate the training load of that session and help protect you from injury in the future.

  4. Enter training time (in mins)

  5. Enter how hard the session was from both a Respiratory and Muscular point of view using the RPE scales (Rate of Perceived Exertion, from 1–10), where 1 is just harder than doing nothing and 10 is equivalent to the hardest thing you have done.

    Having both RPE measures ensures that strength training isn’t undervalued compared to endurance work.

  6. Once entered, the app automatically calculates your Training Load using duration × RPE (effort)

You can optionally enter niggles or injuries in this session.

If you want to delete the entry at this stage, simply click on 'cancel'
