The PB Predictor (Personal Best Predictor) is PEAK’s performance forecasting tool. Where the PEAKScore shows your day-to-day readiness and PRiSM highlights injury risk, the PB Predictor looks at your bigger picture: when are you most likely to perform at or near your best?
It works by analysing your past competition or match data, specifically the sessions leading up to days when you rated your own performance highly (eg. 8–10/10). The model studies what your 7-day and 28-day Training Loads, Wellness Scores, PEAK Scores, and Health Load Ratios (HLR) looked like in the lead-up to those peak performances. It also identifies which types of sessions (speed, strength, endurance, recovery) featured most often before your best results.
Over time, the PB Predictor builds a personalised performance fingerprint. If your data today looks similar to the patterns that preceded previous personal bests, the Predictor will highlight that you’re entering a “PB-ready” state. The higher your self-ratings and the more consistent your logging, the more accurate the predictions become.
In short: the PB Predictor connects the dots between what you’ve done, how your body has responded, and when you’ve historically hit top form — giving you a clear signal of when to aim big.
