How does PEAK^ integrate with wearables like Oura, Garmin, Coros or Strava?

PEAK^ integrates with a growing list of compatible wearable platforms.

Updated today

By connecting your wearable, PEAK can automatically pull in objective physiological data such as:

  • Resting heart rate (RHR)

  • Heart rate variability (HRV)

  • Respiration rate (RR)

  • Sleep duration and quality

PEAK can also sync the duration of your training sessions directly into your Training Diary, reducing the need for double-logging and helping keep your data consistent across platforms.

While wearables add valuable context, they’re only part of the picture. That’s why PEAK combines device data with:

  • Your training logs

  • Wellness scores

  • Recovery and soreness inputs

This integrated view drives a more accurate PEAKScore, better-informed PRiSM injury-risk tracking, and a stronger PB Predictor.

And this is just the beginning. More integrations and syncing options are on the way, giving you even greater flexibility in how you connect your wearables to PEAK^.
