PEAK integrates with the following devices — Oura, Garmin, Strava, Coros, Fitbit, Ultrahuman and more coming.
We are currently awaiting approval from WHOOP to connect users (we are limited to 10 at the moment). Apple Health integration is currently not available as Apple operate a closed ecosystem that does not allow for open API easily. We are working on ways around this currently.
Wearable device connections allow the app to automatically pull in objective data such as training duration, resting heart rate (RHR), heart rate variability (HRV), respiration rate (RR), and sleep metrics. That information feeds directly into your PEAKScore, adding precision to your daily readiness insights.
How to connect your wearable device:
Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Click on Wearable Devices.
Choose Connect Device. (Depending on your paid subscription level, you can connect one or multiple devices. The free version does not support device connections.)
Continue to the Terra integration page and accept the Terms & Conditions if you’re happy with them.
Find your wearable brand in the list and click Connect.
Sign into your wearable account using your normal login credentials.
Select which data you want to sync with PEAK (we recommend syncing all available data for best accuracy) and click Accept.
You’ll then be redirected back to the Wearable Data page, where your device should appear under Connected Devices with the status marked “Active.”
In short: PEAK doesn’t replace your wearables, it supercharges them — connecting objective signals with your subjective experience so every number reflects the reality of what your body went through.
