How long does it take before my PEAK data becomes accurate?

Updated over 3 months ago

The system starts learning as soon as you begin logging, but like any model, accuracy improves with time. Here’s the timeline:

  • Day 1–13: You’ll get instant PEAKScores, but they’re based on limited context.

  • Day 14 onwards: The app begins to compare your recent data to your own historical averages, making the scores more reliable.

  • Day 28 onwards: With a full four-week baseline, readiness and risk predictions become sharper.

  • After 12 weeks: The system has enough of your training, wellness, and recovery history to identify real personal trends.

  • After 6 months: Both PEAKScore, PRiSM and the PB Predictor become far more accurate and personalised.

In short, PEAK starts working straight away, but its insights get progressively stronger. The longer you log, the more personalised the predictions become. Just like building fitness, the results compound over time — the more consistent you are, the more accurate PEAK becomes.
