How do I set up "Push notifications"?

Updated today

Push notifications help you stay connected to PEAK without needing to constantly check the app. They remind you to log training sessions, update wellness scores, and flag important alerts such as a low PEAKScore or rising PRiSM risk.

To enable push notifications

  1. Open PEAK and tap your profile icon (top-right corner).

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Tap Push Notifications.

  4. Select Enable Push Notifications to sync with your device.

  5. Choose the time you’d like your daily reminder to log (the default is 8:00 am), then tap Set Daily Reminder.

    • You can turn reminders off at any time by tapping Disable.

  6. Check Advanced Device Management to see which devices are enabled to receive push notifications.

    • You can enable more than one device (e.g. phone and PC), but this may result in multiple notifications.

You don’t need to configure notifications in your phone’s system settings. This setup handles everything automatically because PEAK.app is a Progressive Web App (PWA).

Once set, you’ll get smart nudges at the right times - not spam. For example, you might get a reminder to log wellness in the morning, a gentle prompt to finish logging a session you started, or an alert if your PEAKScore or PRiSM risk changes significantly.

In short: Push notifications are designed to keep you informed and consistent without being overwhelming, helping you stay on track with the signals that matter most.
