How do I set up "Push notifications"?

Updated over 3 months ago

Push notifications keep you connected to PEAK without needing to constantly check the app. They remind you to log training sessions, update wellness scores, or review key alerts like a low PEAKScore or rising PRiSM risk.

To enable them:

  1. Open PEAK and tap your profile icon (top right).

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Push Notifications.

  4. Click "Enable Push Notifications" and it will sync with your device

  5. Set what time you would like a reminder to log on your device (default is 8am) and click "Set Daily Reminder". (You have the option to turn these off by clicking "Disable")

  6. Check in "Advanced Device Management" which devices are enabled to receive Push notifications. You can have more than one (eg. PC and phone) but you will then receive multiple notifications.

  7. You do not need to set up notifications in your phone’s system settings, this process does it all for you because PEAK.app is a PWA (Powerful Web Application)

Once set, you’ll get smart nudges at the right times — not spam. For example, you might get a reminder to log wellness in the morning, a gentle prompt to finish logging a session you started, or an alert if your PEAKScore or PRiSM risk changes significantly.

In short: push notifications are there to keep you on track and informed without overwhelming you. They help you stay consistent with logging and aware of the signals that matter most.
