What are Goals and how does PEAK help me reach them?

Updated over 3 months ago

Goals give your training direction.

Inside PEAK, you can set both performance goals (like running a PB or lifting a target weight) or health goals (like improving sleep or moving daily).

These goals can be set in the "Goals and Cycles" section found within Settings.

Once a goal is set, PEAK connects your daily data to that bigger target. For example:

  • If your goal is a 5k PB, the PB Predictor will highlight when you’re trending towards peak form.

  • If your goal is to stay injury-free, PRiSM helps you monitor rising risk and adjust before problems strike.

  • If your goal is to improve recovery and optimise training, your Wellness Score and PEAK Score trends show progress.

Peak will give insights tailored to your goal, keeping you accountable and motivated.

Goals aren’t just a “nice to have” — they anchor your training diary, scores, and feedback to what matters most for you.

In short: PEAK helps you move beyond logging for the sake of it. Every entry feeds back into your goals, turning daily habits into meaningful progress.
