Daily insights - AI translates your PEAK^ Score, Wellness and Load logs into clear insights you can act on day-to-day.
Chat support - You can ask the in-app AI questions about your training, recovery, or wellness. Responses are informed by your personal data and the PEAK knowledge base, helping you make more confident decisions.
Personalisation - Over time, the AI learns from your patterns, goals, and responses, allowing recommendations to become increasingly tailored to you.
For example, if your PEAK^ score is low and PRiSM risk is rising, the AI may suggest swapping a high-intensity session for recovery or technical work. If you’re trending toward peak form, it may highlight that this is a good time to test yourself or plan a performance.
PEAK’s AI doesn’t replace coaching or judgement, but does help you spot patterns faster, adjust earlier, and train smarter with the data you’re already logging.
