Daily insights — translating your PEAK^ Score, Wellness and Load logs into clear insights.
Chat support — you can ask the in-app AI questions about your training, recovery, or wellness, and it responds based on your data and the PEAK knowledge base.
Personalisation — the AI learns from your patterns and goals, tailoring recommendations over time.
For example, if your PEAK Score is low and your PRiSM risk is rising, AI might suggest swapping today’s high-intensity session for recovery or technique work. If you’re trending towards peak form, it may highlight that this is a good time to test yourself or schedule a performance.
