What is the importance of logging my training sessions specific to me?

Updated over 3 months ago

Most apps use generic descriptions for training which don't help the athlete who wants a training diary. PEAK not only lets you record your specific sessions, it lets you write your notes, record your effort levels as well as your performance for the session. It then takes it a step further by allocating a session load modifier to each session which reflects the effective strain of the session on your body.

The beauty of this is that PEAK measures both your load and strain on your body and then remembers this for the future. Giving you direction on which sessions led up to previous great performances or PB's via the PB Predictor and conversely which sessions and load may have led to past injuries via PRiSM.

This way PEAK is both a training diary and intuitive coach that compliments everything you do in training.
