Once you understand the Dashboard, it is time to look at the Individual Athlete Profile.
From the dashboard, click on an athlete to see a detailed view of the athlete's data. This helps you understand how they are progressing, coping and adapting across a training block.
Click on the athlete’s name in the dashboard and you will be taken to their individual profile.
The 28 Day Graphs
The main graph displays the last 28 days of:
Peak Score
Wellness
Soreness
Workload Factor
Training Load
You can hover over each plot to see individual values and behaviour across the full 28 days. The last 7 days are daily results and the 20 days prior to this are two day averages. This makes it easy to see trends in readiness, health/stress, workload and soreness.
Alerts and Insights
Above the graph you will find a short summary describing the athlete's current presentation, giving you a quick snapshot before you look deeper. Below this you will see the athlete's alerts, including any niggles/injuries flagged during training.
Activity Section
Under Activity you will see
• The athlete’s individual wellness measures for the day
• Their raw PEAK and Wellness scores
• Their Heart-Lung Recovery index (HLR) if a wearable is connected
• Their individual training activity and commentary over the past seven days
Trends and Insights
In this section, you will see:
Monthly averages for all wellness areas and highlighted wellness metrics that deserve attention.
If a measure appears here, it deserves a conversation. Small improvements here can lead to big improvements later
Heart Lung Recovery index (HLR) graph, including:
The athlete’s physiological (Resting Heart rate, Heart Rate Variability and Respiratory rate) recovery trends over 7, 28 days and 12 weeks (if wearables are connected)
12 week Training Load graph, including:
Both 7 day and 12 week averages are displayed so you can see how workload has changed over short and long periods
This is one of the most valuable parts of the profile because it shows medium and long term trends that affect performance and risk.
