How to begin
Create an Activity
When you begin you will not have created any sessions yet, so begin by creating an Activity.
Click "+ Add Activity" and name the activity according to what is the main activity to be done. Eg. 'Speed session' for sprints. or 'Hills' for a Hill session
Select the metrics (variables) needed for the session and the correct units eg. Distance (m), Rest (mins)
Click "add Activity" and you will see your Activity listed on the Activities page
Create a Session
Go to Sessions, then click on "+ Add Session"
Give your session a title eg. 'Split session', give it a description if you wish
If you have created a similar session before you can go to templates and modify and existing session. But if you have not, click on "Start from scratch"
Go to Add Activity and use the activity you had just created, by selecting it and clicking "add".
The activity and its variables will now appear so fill them in for the session you have planned.
Once completed, save the session.
Schedule the session
Go to Scheduled and click on "Schedule a session"
Click the athlete the session is for
Select the session template (and modify if needed)
Set the date it is for and click "Plan Session" and the athlete will find the session in their PEAK^ Training Planner under Scheduled.
Here they can Accept or Reject the session. Once accepted the athlete can commence it by clicking "Start timer" and the session will be logged for them.
