Step 7. Coach Onboarding - Build PEAK^ into your weekly coaching routine

A simple rhythm that makes you and your athletes better

Small daily habits and a weekly review give you clearer decisions, faster adjustments and better supported athletes.

Daily routine

  • Check the Coach Dashboard before key sessions

  • Click on the dashboard heading of Peak, Wellness, Soreness or Workload Factor to organise who has the lowest score.

  • Adjust the session or follow up if something stands out

Weekly routine

β€’ Review trends and graphs across each training squad

β€’ Look at Workload Factor and Training Load for the week and check how the athletes responded with their wellness and Peak scores

β€’ Identify athletes who are drifting away from logging

β€’ Comment on what you see via the inbox so athletes see the value

End of Block reviews

  • Use Trends and Insights and Metric Changes to assess the previous block

  • Identify which loads and patterns produced the best readiness

  • Use the Wizard to ask deeper questions.

  • Build and individualise the next block using what PEAK^ has shown you

It is worth spending the time on this to extract the real benefit from PEAK^. This keeps your programming precise and continually improving.
