What happens if an athlete stops logging for a while?

They won't lose their data but they will lose their accuracy

Updated over a month ago

If an athlete takes a break from logging, whether from injury, off-season, or just forgetting, PEAK doesn’t reset. Their data history is stored securely, and they can pick up right where they left off. However, readiness and risk predictions will be less accurate until they've built up new data again.

For example, if they stop for three weeks, the app can’t reliably compare today’s training to their most recent baseline.

The good news: consistency rebuilds quickly. After 14 days of fresh logging, their PEAK Score starts to stabilise again. By 28 days, accuracy improves, and by 12 weeks they'll be back to personalised precision.

If you’re injured

Continuing to log wellness, soreness, and modified sessions still gives valuable insights. In fact, PRiSM uses injury events and soreness history to refine its future risk predictions. Stopping completely means missing out on that learning.

They won’t lose their data if they take a break but they will lose accuracy and valuable insights.
