Small daily habits and a weekly review give you clearer decisions, faster adjustments and better supported athletes.

Daily routine

• Check the Coach Dashboard before key sessions

• Note anyone with low PEAK Scores or low Wellness

• Adjust the session or follow up if something stands out

Weekly routine

• Review trends for each training squad

• Look at Work Factor and Training Load for the week and how the athletes responded

• Identify athletes who are drifting away from logging

• Comment on observations so athletes see the value

End of Block reviews

• Use Analytics and Trends to assess the previous block

• Identify which loads and patterns produced the best readiness

• Build and individualise the next block using what PEAK has shown you
