PEAK^ gives you the option to review your athletes through weekly summaries, monthly summaries, or both, depending on how closely you want to monitor trends and adaptation.
Weekly Athlete Reports
Weekly reports provide a short snapshot of the last seven days.
They are designed to:
Summarise changes in training load, readiness, and wellness
Highlight any clear patterns from the week
Support simple reflection and regular check-ins
Weekly reports work best for maintaining engagement and encouraging conversations that may lead to early, important changes.
Monthly Athlete Reports
Monthly reports look across a longer timeframe and provide a clearer overall picture of how training blocks are being tolerated.
They help you:
Identify trends in workload, readiness, and wellness
Observe gradual changes that are not obvious week to week
Review blocks and plan ahead with better context
Individual Athlete Deep Reviews
Coaches also have the option to request a ‘deep dive’ individual athlete review by using the Wizard Advisor. Simply go to the Wizard, click on the athletes name and you will receive the report. The Wizard advisor is also capable of answering your in depth questions though data limits may apply.
How coaches typically use reports
Most coaches use:
Weekly reports for short term conversations and adjustments
Monthly reports for overall block reviews and planning
You can use one or both, depending on how closely you want to monitor your athletes.
