What you’ll see
Weekly Training Load: Your total load for the week, plus how it changed compared to last week (up, down, or steady). This helps you spot sudden spikes, big drops, or consistent progress.
Weekly Wellness Trend: Your wellness score across the week, showing whether recovery signals are improving, holding steady, or drifting down.
Load Balance: A clear view of how much training you’ve been exposed to recently compared to what you’re used to. This highlights whether you’re underdoing it, building well, or pushing into a higher stress zone.
What changed and why it matters: Short explanations that connect the numbers to what they usually mean in real training (fatigue building, adaptation trending well, or a need to pull back).
Wellness breakdown: A quick view of which wellness areas are performing best and which ones need the most work, so you know what to keep doing and where to focus.
How to use it
If load increased and wellness stayed strong, you’re likely coping well. Keep building with confidence.
If load increased and wellness dropped, that’s an early cue to adjust recovery behaviours and consider a lighter day before fatigue turns into a niggle or illness.
If load is low and wellness is great, you may be ready to push, as long as it fits your plan.
Use the wellness breakdown to pick the priority for the week (sleep consistency, recovery, stress management, physical preparation, etc.) and improve them on purpose.
Weekly Insights isn’t a judgement. It’s a weekly mirror, helping you train with more clarity, week to week.
