Examples where your account or data may be a part of a security or privacy breach

Suspicious ACTIVITY on your account

  • Unexpected subscription changes, changed settings, or deleted records

  • Another person's name, email, or data appearing in your dashboard

Suspicious ACCESS to your account

  • A login notification from an unfamiliar city or device

  • A password-change email you didn't request

Phishing & Impersonation

  • Emails asking you to "verify your account" via a link that doesn't match our real domain

  • Messages, SMS, or calls from "support" asking for your password or 2FA code

  • Misspelled lookalike domains (e.g. equil-labs.co vs equil-labs.com)

  • Someone claiming to be an Equil engineer asking you to install remote-access software
