iPhone
Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open the Control Center.
Tap the grey Record button (a circle inside a circle).
Wait for the 3-second countdown, then exit the Control Center to start recording.
To record with your microphone enabled, touch and hold the Record button, tap the Microphone icon, then tap Start Recording
Android
Enable the tool: Go to Settings > Control Center. Scroll down and tap the + (plus) icon next to Screen Recording.
Start recording: Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen (or up from the bottom on older models with a Home button) to open the Control Center. Tap the Record icon (a circle inside a circle).
Stop recording: Tap the red status bar at the top of your screen (or Dynamic Island) and select Stop.
Mac - Quicktime Player
Open QuickTime Player (search it in Spotlight with Cmd + Space)
Click File in the menu bar
Click New Screen Recording
A small toolbar appears β click the red record button
Either click once to record full screen, or drag to select an area
To stop, click the stop button (β ) in the menu bar at the top right next to the time
Go to File β Save
Choose your folder and click Save

Press Win + Shift + S
Click the video camera icon
Select the screen area to record
Click Start
Click Stop in the taskbar when done
