Ensure you have the most updated version of the app (<< Click this link)
Disconnect & reconnect your wearable (<< Click this link) to PEAK^ and
Ensure that permissions to share chosen data with Terra from your wearable app are enabled
Garmin example (<< Click this link)
Ensure Device Preferences have correct wearable linked to preferred data
Login to your PEAK^ account > Click Profile Picture > Settings > Wearable Devices > Device Preferences
Clear Cookies & Cache (<< Click this link)
Sync Historical Data to pick up any data not previously uploaded
Login to your PEAK^ account > Click Profile Picture > Settings > Wearable Devices > Sync historical data
