Wearable Data Sync Issue?

Try the following to restore data sync between your wearable and PEAK^ account

  1. Ensure you have the most updated version of the app (<< Click this link)

  2. Disconnect & reconnect your wearable (<< Click this link) to PEAK^ and

  3. Ensure that permissions to share chosen data with Terra from your wearable app are enabled

    Garmin example (<< Click this link)

  4. Ensure Device Preferences have correct wearable linked to preferred data

    Login to your PEAK^ account > Click Profile Picture > Settings > Wearable Devices > Device Preferences

  5. Clear Cookies & Cache (<< Click this link)

  6. Sync Historical Data to pick up any data not previously uploaded

    Login to your PEAK^ account > Click Profile Picture > Settings > Wearable Devices > Sync historical data

If you continue to have issues please submit a "Bug or Error" ticket in the Help & Support section in the app.

Login to your PEAK^ account > Click Profile Picture > Help & Support > Create a Ticket > Bug or Error
