Recently Terra has done some updates in their app affecting some users ability to connect their wearable to PEAK^. A fix has been deployed by our developers to remedy this.
Please take the following steps to connect your wearable
Close your browser completely
Open a fresh browser window
Go to peak.app and login
Profile Picture > Settings > Wearables > Add Connection
Repeat previous step (it has to be done twice to register it)
Click ok, next steps.
If it returns to the device selection, close browser.
Re-open and go into your PEAK^ account check that your device is connected now.
If you continue to have issues also try these steps and then try to reconnect
Turn off WiFi and use mobile data only
Turn off any VPN
Force close wearable app e.g. Garmin Connect
Force close PEAK^ app
Re-open PEAK^ and Retry the Terra widget connection / Retry the wearable connection normally
