How to clear cookies & cache

Chrome (Android)

  1. Open Chrome: Open the Chrome app on your Android phone or tablet.

  2. Access Menu: Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner, then select History.

  3. Clear Browsing Data: Tap Clear browsing data.

  4. Select Range & Data: At the top, select a time range (e.g., "All time" to clear everything). Check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Finalize: Tap Clear data.

Safari (iPhone)

Method 1 (Quick):

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Safari

  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

Method 2 (Specific Data):

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.

  2. Tap "Remove All Website Data" to clear cached files without deleting history.
