PEAK^ account logging out or glitching

  1. Check you have the latest version of peak

  2. Check there are no browser extensions that could be interfering

  3. Clear cookies & cache for Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android)

  4. Delete the app from your phone and re-add it

  5. Report any suspicious activity to support Immediately

If these actions do not resolve the issue please submit a "Bug or Error" ticket.

Open PEAK^ app > Click on Profile Picture > Help & Support > Create a Ticket
