Check you have the latest version of peak
Check there are no browser extensions that could be interfering
Clear cookies & cache for Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android)
Delete the app from your phone and re-add it
Report any suspicious activity to support Immediately
If these actions do not resolve the issue please submit a "Bug or Error" ticket.
Open PEAK^ app > Click on Profile Picture > Help & Support > Create a Ticket
