How to Submit a "Bug or Error" Support ticket

  1. Login to your PEAK^ account at peak.app

  2. Click your Profile Picture

  3. Select Help & Support

  4. Scroll down to Create a Ticket and select Bug or Error

  5. Fill in the required information including screenshots that clearly show the issue

  6. Submit ticket and the support team will assist to resolve it
